What is DCC ?

Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) allows card transactions to be processed in the cardholders home currency.

•  Cardholders are given the option to 

  • Pay in the currency of their card or 

  • The currency of the country in which they are purchasing.

• The DCC process converts the transaction into the cardholders chosen currency at a competitive exchange rate.

• The Customer pays an amount and revenue is moved from the issuing side to the acquiring side of the transaction
